The Knutsford Project
This new downstairs WC room was created due to the clients family growing. We built the new room, removed the old front door and bricked this up, installed new water feeds along with waste feeds to the internal soil pipe and also installed a saniflow system. Saniflow was the only option on this install due to the location of the new room and the soil pipe being located internally of the property. We also installed new electrics along with a new toilet, vanity unit and basin, and an electric heater. We then finished the room with some wall panelling once plastered and then decorated. We also installed an oak door to finish.
The Worsely Project
This bathroom refurbishment in Worsley was carried out by ourselves after the client had been told they couldn't have what they wanted! We gave them what they wanted by re-routing all the pipework under the floor, installing new floor boards, and installing a brand new shower suite! We also carried out all the tiling work to the walls and floor. They were very happy with the results and had us back for more work!
The Oldham Project
This large renovation in Oldham consisted of the removal of 3x walls that house the original kitchen and an office. This then gave us a huge, open-plan living space to go to work on! We repaired all the areas required by plastering and decorating and then went ahead and installed our supplied kitchen that we designed along with the appliances we supplied! We installed all the required electrics including new spotlights and even went onto tiling the floor and installing a designer radiator! Safe to say that this client and their family were over the moon with this project as they now have a huge area for entertaining and family nights in!
